Brief History
Group Mamta was founded by leading business associate Mr. Sandeep Singh in year 2005
He had been associated with construction industry for last 15 years before he founded Group Mamta.
The Group started with humble beginnings and over the years the Group has earned a reputation for high quality and speedy construction. We have ventured into industrial, realty & infrastructure projects.

Group Mamta Milestones
2005
Group Mamta was established. Then the group was known as M/S Krishna Nirman and started its construction operations as a civil contractor for residential projects at Salkia, Howrah; consisting of a area of 13,000 sq.ft.
2008
Group Mamta was awarded the prestigious industrial project of M/S The Empire Jute Co. Ltd. consisting an area of 1,25,000 sq.ft.
2009
Group Mamtawas awarded the prestigious warehouse construction project of M/S Budge-Budge Co. Ltd. consisting an area of70,000 sq.ft.
Group Mamtawas awarded the warehouse construction project of M/S Bengal Investment Ltd.
Group Mamta was awarded the prestgious commercial & residential construction project of M/S Milestone Heights Pvt. Ltd. at College Street, Kolkata.
2010
Group Mamtaformed a new firm named Jogmaya Constructions Co.
Group Mamtawas awarded the prestigious and challenging residential projects of Green Field City Project LLP at Shibrampur, Kolkata, consisting of 1,00,000sq.ft. The project was a Joint-Venture of Srijan Realty & Bengal Green Field City.
2011
Group Mamtamade it’s presence at Silliguri, West Bengal.
Group Mamta was awarded the basement work of 2nd mile, Sewak Road, Siliguri consisting of around 68,000 sq.ft.Lunched in the name of Queens Garden, a project by Jain Infra Projects Pvt.Ltd. This project was specially challenging as the construction was done in a Seismic Zone 8.
Group Mamtawas also awarded the work of (G+13) storied tower at Queens Garden..
2010
Group Mamta was awarded the prestigious warehouse projects at Bombay Road, Howrah bySrijan Realty Pvt.Ltd.
HUMAN RESOURCE
Human resource has always been most important resource and has always been the direct responsibility of the top management. This has resulted in a family like organization with low attrition rates. Now with growing requitment of manpower, Group Mamtais now in process to institutionlize the HR function.
The job role, responsibility and reporting structure has been finalized. Focus is now been provided to training of development ofindividuals invarious field. Group Mamtahas initiated the campus selection process about 5 yrs back and had the opportunity to engage enthusiastic, talented any dynamic individuals who are presently heading various functions within the company.
Presently the company is working on an appraisal system that takes care of the dynamics of the construction industry. In line with the vision statement – the company is nurturing an environment of trust and openess, respect for ideas, valuing sincerity, honesty and hard – working, thereby helping performers to take on growing challenges.

Group Mamtabelieves that’information is power’ and the success or failure of any projects depends on efficiency and the effectiveness of the reporting.
All our sites are connected via network systems and information is readily transferred and available the concerned persons at different location. The use of this technology enables the right decision can be taken at the right time thereby saving time and lowering project cost.
Functions covered by our information technology initiatives include planning, procurement, receipt, project planning and control apart from accounting. We are also working to include our suppliers and other agencies into the network so that efficiency can be increasd further.
